Dear friends:

Please join me at the Tango Center Monday night for the last Practilonga at the TC. This is a sad farewell for me as I had my very first taste of tango at the Tango Center and have enjoyed many, many great evenings dancing there. I think we will all miss it...but I am also looking forward to whatever will come next in the Eugene tango community!

In honor of the Tango Center, I'd like to make Monday night special. I will be bringing some treats and I invite anyone else who wants to bring food or drink to share to do so. I will be playing a sort of 'Maggie's top 40' including many of my absolute favorite alternative tango songs, as well as some of my favorite traditional music.

If you've ever come to the Practilonga and had a great time, please come on Monday night. If you've never made it to the Practilonga but wish you had, please come on Monday night. It promises to be a night to remember.

All profits will go to the Tango Center.

Many thanks to everyone who has made the Practilonga a wonderful event over the last couple of years.

We will continue to be at the Tango Center on Monday nights through June. This Monday, May 18th we'll be gathering from 8:00-10:00 to dance to some great alternative tango music. Cost is just $5.00. All levels are always welcome. Please join us!

I hope everyone was able to partake of some Stone Soup this weekend!

Come to the Tango Center tonight for the Practilonga. We have a small time change. The Practilonga will be going from 8:00-10:00 starting tonight. Join us for some great alternative tango music and dancing.

Holy smokes, it's Sunday already! I'm back from San Fran and looking forward to the Practilonga tomorrow. I will be DJing a blend of alternative and traditional tango music and including some fun cortinas, courtesy of Leonard.
